Application Process Brief

For an organization to qualify as an Organizational Member, a designated representative from the organization must meet Professional Member critieria, on both the Experience and Knowledge Base aspects:

- Applicants are required to demonstrate foresight experience by submitting documentation of no fewer than three projects or programs undertaken within the last three years that exemplify the foresight process. - To demonstrate foresight knowledge, applicants may present academic degree, records of completed training(s), evidence of speaking or teaching engagement(s), or published works.

After submitting your application, a copy will be sent to your email. The Application Review Committee will complete their review within a maximum of 10 working days. If additional information is requested, the review timeline will depend on how quickly the required details are provided.

Once your application is approved, we will contact you to: - set up your member account and - provide guidance on subscribing to the membership - obtain information of other members who will be joining the Organizational Membership package

How do we handle the information you shared with us through the application process:

1. Only the Application Review Committee and the working staff have access to the application information.

2. All individuals who have access to any personal information of the applicants will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before gaining access.

3. The application information is stored in APF cloud storage and is not allowed to be downloaded to any personal devices.
