About the Programme:

The programme is primarily oriented to support your learning and provide mentorship for your writing on Futures Thinking and Foresight.
âť—If you want to write about other topics, work on Futures projects or create new platforms of engagement, this may not be the right programme for you.
By the end of the two-year program, you will have:
1. Received one-on-one editorial mentorship.
2. Published six articles on the APF blog.
3. Attended monthly fireside chats with world-renowned practitioners.
4. Mentored the successive cohort.
5. Connected with a network of peers who share your interest in Futures.
Unlike programmes run by other organisations, the EF programme is run by unpaid volunteers - the organisers and the Emerging Fellows themselves. This means you will feel the passion that everyone has for the programme and will also need to be considerate of the precious time & effort that everyone puts into this experience.
The Emerging Fellow Programme emphasizes authenticity and personal growth, aiming to help you discover and develop your unique voice through writing and community engagement. With its global reach, the program underscores the importance of embracing a foresight mindset and making it accessible through collaborative learning.

1. We are unable to provide individual feedback to applicants due to the need to manage our volunteer resources and time efficiently. 2. Due to the limited number of spots available, we aim to benefit a broader audience who might not usually have access to such opportunities. If you have already received an award from another program, you are not considered an emerging fellow and will not be eligible for consideration.
