APF Event Support (Placeholder)

Thank you for submitting your event placeholder. This form is designed to help us capture preliminary information about your planned event before full details are finalized. Providing this early overview allows us to reserve space, begin internal coordination, and ensure alignment with scheduling, logistics, and strategic priorities.

Please fill out the form using the most accurate information you have at the moment. If some details are still being confirmed, you may mark them as tentative; however, all required fields must be completed. You will have the opportunity to update and add more information as planning progresses.

APF Event Support:

Before the event:

- Once confirmed, send a time-blocking invite to the requester

- setup event in the APF platform, Community Event space

- generate event visuals: event cover, social media posts, etc.

- include the event in the monthly newsletter on 2nd/3rd Monday of the month

- schedule social media post

- update time-blocking invite with event link (this invitation will be set at half an hour before the event time)

- monitor RSVPs

During the event:

Depending on the event, a member of our staff or board may be present to provide support.

After the event:

- Edit and share the event recording (recordings are view-only and available in the members-only resource space).

- send event survey and/or post event thank you post

- share event stats (approx. 1 week later)

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Response Time: we will respond your request with more detailed within 3 working days.

- Processing Time: we require approximately two (2) weeks for processing event support requests, especially those that involve creating a visual or promotional graphic.
